The All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Congress has accused its governorship candidate, Tony Cole, of not campaigning for the presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The APC PCC said it was obvious Cole was ashamed of campaigning for the former Lagos State Governor.

The position of the Council was made known at a press conference addressed by a former Chief of Staff, Rivers State Government House, Chief Tony Okocha.

He alleged that since their inauguration in Abuja, they were yet to meet on the way forward on Tinubu.

Okocha alleged that Cole has refused to mention the name of the APC presidential candidate and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.

He said challenged the APC governorship candidate to make public any of his posters with the image of Tinubu and Shettima.

He called on the national leadership of the party to compel the PCC coordinator to do the right thing or step aside for those who are ready to handle the task.

On his part, the Rivers State Coordinator of Asiwaju-Shettima Independent Campaign Council, Augustine Wokocha, while highlighting the achievement of the group in the state, expressed disappointment over the slow pace of activities of the PCC.
