The charges are here in:

(1) That you, Obi Cubana, an adult male from Oba, Anambra State committed mass murder of 278 cows and tied another 100 on stakes with an intent to kill which is a crime under the watchful eyes of Buhari and capable of causing security breach.

(2) That you Obi_Cubana, adult male from Oba in Anambra state used our naira note for football causing the naira to loose its value comparing to the Dollars.. that such dastardly activities include chest trapping of bundles of 500 and 1000 naira notes and kicking with intent to devalue the currency..

(3) That you, obi_cubana, adult male from Oba, Anambra state, gathered men outside the jurisdiction of this court in and you people where throwing money that should have been loaned to the federal government of Nigeria. Thereby making it difficult for the Nigeria to borrow from China and the World Bank because when we go, they show us your videos and say, "you have men like this, goan borrow from them!"

That the court wants to use it's Powers to tell you the difference between E-Money and E-Naira and at various occasions from London you broadcasted social media post of how you are Living a Good Life.. no be so my brother!

(5)That you Obi Cubana, adult from Oba, Anambra state rather than compensate the victims of the 278 1st class citizens of Northern Nigeria you and your friends roasted in one night at Oba including the 46 sent by one Cubana Chief-Priest now at large, decided to build more people like you by giving out N300m to 300 people when the FG is giving 10k as Tradermoni.. no be juju be that??

(6) That you Obi Cubana, adult male from Oba Anambra state in far away Maldives, London, Paris, Dallas and some other holiday islands was seen wearing the proscribed Fendi (an opposite of the same crime Chiwetalu Agu is being prosecuted for) and other expensive wears, Living a luxury lifestyle.
